Indian River State College seeks an executive leader to oversee operations, financial administration, compliance, and governance support for DSOs. The role partners with college leadership and boards to strengthen effectiveness, stewardship, and sustainability across affiliated entities.

The position emphasizes professionalizing shared-services, ensuring fiduciary responsibility, and coordinating with advancement, legal counsel, and college leadership to support strategic mission delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Active Florida CPA license required.
• Experience overseeing multi-entity accounting, audits, Form 990 coordination, and board-level reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational and governance oversight for DSOs and related entities.
• Maintain separate books, bank accounts, and audit trails for each DSO.
• Coordinate audits, Form 990 filings, financial reporting, and board materials.
• Develop cost-allocation models and improve internal controls.
• Support charter authorizer finance, compliance, and real estate-related administration.
