Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; three years in senior planning/management in a large retail or university setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategic planning aligned with university goals.
• Provide direction to department managers for daily operations and service delivery.
• Oversee financial performance to meet operating and debt requirements while controlling costs.
• Foster staff development through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Serve as liaison between the university and contractors managing bookstore and dining services.
