Responsibilities

• Assesses and improves utilization of existing resources and develops a strategic plan for updates.
• Manages project bidding, contract award, and negotiation process ensuring legal compliance.
• Encourages engagement of MBE/WBE firms and coordinates capital construction projects.
• Interfaces with compliance agencies and obtains building approvals and permits.
• Oversees operations of chilled water and steam enterprises and ensures financial efficiency.
• Leads the Office of Real Estate and manages property leasing programs.
