• Manage all areas of the sales department, including wholesale, retail, purchasing and marketing.
• Forecast goals and objectives for vehicle sales, gross and key expenses monthly and annually.
• Maintain strong closing abilities and work effectively with lenders.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Promptly resolve customer issues or concerns and ensure high delivery standards.
• Ensure staff understand and follow dealership policies at all times.
• Communicate effectively with customers, subordinates and management.
• Train and lead your sales staff; be a strong, effective manager.
