Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-relevant experience.
• 10+ years of procurement experience within manufacturing or automotive industries.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in supplier chain development, operation, and management within a global OEM or major global automotive parts company.
• Experience in automotive assembly and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage localized supplier networks.
• Lead localization initiatives while meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Expertise in supplier-led part development and MOBIS production components.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop local and potential suppliers.
• Oversee supplier research and maintain supplier database.
• Assess supplier capabilities, including capacity, equipment readiness, and inspection results.
• Review preliminary quotations and evaluate price competitiveness.
• Enhance procurement tools and processes (MSAPTURN, RFQs, contract standards).
• Direct supply-chain management, supplier pool development, and purchasing strategy execution.
• Monitor supplier performance and apply corrective actions when needed.
• Strategically expand and strengthen supplier pool to support localization goals.
