• 10+ years progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines (Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Employee Relations, PM, Workforce Planning).
• 3+ years in an HR Manager or leadership role managing programs, processes, and teams.
• Experience improving HR policies and programs related to talent acquisition, workforce management, compensation or employee development.

Responsibilities

• Lead localization of supplier networks and manage cost/quality targets.
• Oversee supplier research and maintain supplier database.
• Review quotations and support sourcing decisions to meet OEM timelines.
• Enhance procurement tools and contract standards.
• Direct supplier pool development and purchasing strategy execution.
• Monitor supplier performance and enforce corrective actions when needed.
