Hyundai MOBIS Alabama, LLC-Savannah Plant is seeking a Strategy & Planning Procurement Manager to lead localization, supplier-pool strategies, and cost-down initiatives across the MOBIS Procurement Center in the U.S., Mexico, and Brazil.

Responsibilities include supplier development, strategic sourcing, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies while aligning with corporate objectives and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-relevant experience.
• 10+ years of procurement experience within manufacturing or automotive industries.
• At least 5 years of hands-on supplier chain development, operation, and management within a global OEM or major global automotive parts company.
• Experience in automotive assembly and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop localized supplier networks and lead localization initiatives.
• Oversee supplier research and maintain a robust supplier database.
• Review quotations and support strategic sourcing decisions.
• Enhance procurement tools and processes and drive purchasing strategy.
• Monitor supplier performance and enforce corrective actions when needed.
• Expand and strengthen the supplier pool to meet localization goals.
