Job summary

Gentherm Incorporated in Novi, MI is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow strategic automotive customer relationships, including GM and Tesla. You will drive partnerships, support business growth, and ensure delivery against customer expectations across engineering, sales, and operations teams.

You will influence programs from requirements to execution, align pricing with internal teams, and represent the voice of the customer financially to improve profitability and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering or business field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working with Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional efforts to deliver new business opportunities with new and existing customers aligned with customer/product strategies.
• Lead customer interactions as main point of contact.
• Increase sales, profits and market share through strategic pricing and performance alignment.
• Manage all commercial aspects of new identified business and participate in price negotiations.
