Job summary

AISIN World Corp. of America is seeking an Assistant Manager to guide the Sales department, manage accounts for assigned programs, and collaborate with internal teams.

You will directly interact with customers and coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality to ensure program success. The role requires at least 5 years of automotive sales experience, familiarity with Toyota purchasing processes, and strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience with OEM purchasing procedures and Toyota systems.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and monitor accounts for assigned programs, addressing commercial issues and changes.
• Contribute to the launch of new programs and monitor costs (prototype parts, tooling, etc.).
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Production Control, Cost, and Accounting teams to support business needs.
• Review Purchase Orders against quotations to confirm pricing and content.
