RSM US LLP is seeking a manager of assurance curriculum content development to lead learning and development for auditing professionals. You will design engaging curricula, collaborate with partners across the firm, and stay current with industry standards to deliver high-quality content.

Based anywhere in the US, the role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and continuous improvement of training programs for auditors at multiple levels. A CPA and 5+ years of experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing and learning and development with a focus on curriculum development.
• Strong understanding of the auditing profession and standards, and the learning needs of auditors.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective curriculum content and initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
