Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a manager of assurance curriculum content development within the National Professional Standards Group's Curriculum Team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing and learning and development, with a focus on curriculum development.
• Strong understanding of the auditing profession and standards, and the unique learning needs of auditors.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective curriculum content and initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs with subject matter experts and develop curriculum solutions.
• Integrate inspection themes across learning curricula.
• Design engaging learning materials—courses, workshops, resources—aligned with standards, policies, and best practices.
• Oversee creation and delivery of curriculum content for auditors at various levels of experience.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into the curriculum strategy.
• Oversee other curriculum developers, providing guidance and development opportunities.
