Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is hiring a Market Access Program Manager to serve as the primary client contact for pharmaceutical program(s) within Valeris’ HUB Services organization.

You will manage day-to-day program activity and supervise staff, ensuring delivery within contracted terms and budget. You will lead client relationships, monitor program metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, reporting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing or Patient Services.
• Experience managing a team of Case Managers, Patient Service Representatives, or similar role.
• Experience reporting on HUB metrics and communicating trends to clients.
• Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and Internet experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage program(s) per the scope of work, program and SOPs within the contracted budget.
• Manage the client relationship, gaining trust and building rapport.
• Directly or through supervisors, drive assigned performance responsibilities of team and team members.
• Monitor and report on program statistics and metrics used to measure performance.
• Escalate issues that jeopardize contract delivery.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders for program operational responsibilities.
• Contribute to the analysis and writing of client reports and other deliverables.
• Present program data and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
