Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a broad range of litigation matters across the U.S. and Canada.
• Handle commercial, consumer and employment disputes, and IP matters.
• Supervise outside counsel and lead internal investigations.
• Advise internal stakeholders on risk mitigation.
