Job summary

Harmony Biosciences is seeking an Associate Director, R&D Project & Portfolio Management in our Plymouth Meeting, PA location. You will partner with project teams across preclinical and clinical development, translating strategy into execution to deliver medicines to patients.

Responsibilities include managing cross-functional development programs, optimizing timelines and budgets, and communicating with leadership on risks and contingencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering, operations mgmt or related field.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical drug development across phases.
• PMP certification preferred; strong PM reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide development PM to cross-functional teams to drive early to late-phase programs.
• Manage interdependencies and trade-offs to hit milestones.
• Identify optimizations while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Develop and manage integrated program timelines and budgets.
