Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for advising operations supporting undergraduate CS and Statistics & Data Science students.
• Supervise advising staff and set service standards and assessment practices.
• Lead orientation, onboarding, and transition initiatives with university partners.
• Develop advising strategies and processes to support timely degree completion and student success.
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership to support program assessment and continuous improvement.
