Merck & Co. is seeking an Associate Director, Patient Support Program Strategy to define the vision and governance for the PSP supporting an individualized cancer therapy.

You will lead hub services, enrollment workflows, affordability solutions, and case management to help patients navigate a complex treatment journey. You will partner across reimbursement, affordability, patient navigation, and support services to deliver compliant, patient-centered solutions and ensure a seamless patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Experience designing and optimizing patient support programs and hub services.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics, reimbursement, and patient access.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Patient Support Program (PSP) strategy and governance.
• Design enrollment and multi-consent processes for patient services.
• Oversee affordability strategy, copay structures, and financial assistance solutions.
• Partner with vendors to translate program strategy into operational execution.
• Develop performance measures and reporting for program optimization.
