• Advance program quality through curriculum development, review syllabi, and accreditation support.
• Use data to drive decisions on enrollment, outcomes, and program performance.
• Build industry and community partnerships and manage advisory committees.
• Expand student pathways via dual enrollment, articulation, and work-based learning.
• Ensure compliance and funding readiness with financial aid and grant data, and funding sources.
• Support grant lifecycle activities from development to closeout.
• Promote programs with Marketing, update website, social media, and promotions.
• Manage division budgeting, facilities, equipment, and procurement; plan events.
• Represent the division at convocation and committees; foster an inclusive culture.
