Responsibilities

• Supervise and support faculty and staff; conduct evaluations and manage leave and timesheets.
• Lead operational planning: schedule development, workloads, and adjunct needs.
• Advance curriculum: guide course development, review syllabi, and support accreditation.
• Strengthen student pathways: support dual enrollment and transfer agreements.
• Drive program growth: collaborate with Marketing on promotions and materials.
• Monitor outcomes: track completion, placement, and reporting metrics.
• Expand experiential learning through internships and partnerships.
• Manage resources: assist Dean with facilities, labs, and contracts.
• Resolve concerns and represent the division at events and meetings.
