You will partner with academic and administrative areas to advance institutional effectiveness through technology and analytics across the student lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in registration and student systems.
• Knowledge of FERPA and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into process improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support student information systems to ensure data integrity and student success.
• Support degree audit, curriculum management, and scheduling processes.
• Develop training materials and procedural documentation for stakeholders.
• Support reporting requirements through accurate data management.
• Collaborate across departments on student systems projects and tech initiatives.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on registration policies and system use.
