Qualifications

• Doctorate in a relevant field.
• Five years of progressive leadership in higher education.
• Extensive experience with accreditation planning, compliance and assessment.
• Expert knowledge of higher education assessment practices.
• Knowledge of SACSCOC accreditation processes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to present detailed data to diverse audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SACSCOC liaison activities, including report writing, data collection and continuous improvement.
• Oversee program review processes and support departments through the review cycle.
• Educate program directors on review processes and data sources.
• Provide training and strategic direction to institutional assessment efforts and the Office of Institutional Research.
• Manage and mentor Office of Institutional Effectiveness staff and BIDM group.
• Ensure timely statutory and voluntary reporting and access to data.
