Job summary

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Assistant Controller to oversee the company’s accounting functions and financial operations. The role involves developing policies, maintaining internal controls, and guiding the preparation of GAAP-compliant reports, budgets, and forecasts.

You will also lead tax planning and coordinate with auditors. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration and at least two years of relevant experience; CPA/CMA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, management, and supervisory capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with accounting and tax-preparation software; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the company’s accounting functions and financial operations.
• Document and implement accounting policies; establish internal controls to reduce risk.
• Prepare recurring financial reports in line with GAAP and applicable standards.
• Develop benchmarks to evaluate financial and operational performance; manage budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis of capital investments, pricing, and contracts; support audits.
• Lead tax-planning efforts and coordinate with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and timely financial statements.
