Job summary

Target in Kapolei, HI is hiring an Executive Team Leader – Assets Protection to lead store security, risk management and team development. You will drive safety programs, investigate shrink, and partner with the Store Director to protect guests, team members and merchandise.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and profitability by ensuring product is in stock and available to our guests
• Lead safety and security processes; manage crisis situations and incident response
• Educate store leaders on emergency procedures
• Identify shortage risks and develop preventive strategies
• Lead trainings for AP team and store district
• Build partnerships with Store Director and district teams
• Plan and implement organizational changes and change management
• Recruit and develop AP team members and leaders
• Maintain training and compliance for AP initiatives
• Monitor shrink trends and implement proactive prevention measures
• Schedule alignment with guest and business needs including early mornings and weekends
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across market teams
