Job summary

Target in Austin, TX is seeking an Executive Team Leader - Assets Protection to lead safety, loss prevention and AP operations across our store, partnering with leadership to protect guests and assets.

You will drive store profitability by ensuring stock integrity, reduce shrink, guide crisis response and coach AP Team Leaders and hourly teammates.

A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required; strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive store profitability by ensuring product availability and stock integrity.
• Lead safety, loss prevention and crisis response across the AP team.
• Develop and coach AP Team Leaders and hourly teammates to improve performance.
• Identify shortage risks and implement proactive shrink-reduction strategies.
• Partner with store leadership to align AP priorities with business goals.
