Job summary

Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader - Assets Protection in Portland, OR to lead security operations, protect assets, and drive safe, profitable store performance. You will oversee crisis response, investigations, and training while partnering with store leadership to minimize loss and enhance guest experience.

Ideal candidates have a four-year degree or equivalent, strong interpersonal and business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store profitability by ensuring product is in stock and available to guests.
• Lead safe, secure culture and manage crisis response and investigations.
• Educate store leaders on emergency preparedness and security procedures.
• Identify shortage risks and develop strategies to reduce loss and drive sales.
• Lead trainings for AP team and collaborate with district leadership.
• Plan and deploy resources to address security and theft trends.
