Job summary

Target in Omaha is seeking an Executive Team Leader - Assets Protection to help drive safety, integrity and profitable operations. You will lead AP initiatives across the store, manage investigations and develop plans to reduce shortage while maintaining guest safety.

You will build a strong partnership with the Store Director, train AP Team Leaders, and lead crisis response and emergency planning. The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent, excellent communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and profitability by ensuring product is in stock and available to guests.
• Manage, influence, and validate a safe and secure culture by driving physical security and safety processes.
• Lead store response and emergency crisis situations and create plans for in-store events.
• Educate store leaders and teams on emergency preparedness and physical security procedures.
• Identify shortage risks in key divisions and develop a strategy to reduce shortage and drive profitable sales.
• Lead investigations and internal interviews as needed.
• Develop, coach and lead AP Team Leaders to elevate their skills and expertise.
