Job summary

Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader of Assets Protection to drive sales and ensure a safe, secure store environment. You will lead teams to manage shrink, implement security protocols, and partner with leadership to safeguard assets while delivering a positive guest experience.

You will oversee risk assessment, investigations, and training, coordinating resources to prevent incidents. This role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience and strong leadership across district stores.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and profitability by ensuring product is in stock and available to our guests.
• Lead safe and secure culture by driving physical security and safety processes; lead store response and emergency crisis situations.
• Educate store leaders and teams on emergency preparedness and physical security procedures.
• Identify shortage risks and develop a strategy to reduce shrink and drive profitable sales.
• Lead investigations and internal interviews for your store and district as needed.
