Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create a positive store visit.
• Ensure staff understand and consistently execute guest experience commitments and operations.
• Observe performance and provide feedback while holding team members accountable.
• Review area metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Support store sales and profitability by maintaining product availability for guests.
• Develop and coach team members; plan staffing aligned to business needs.
