Job summary

Advanced Asset Management, LLC is seeking a Property Accountant - Multifamily Property Management to lead financial operations for our portfolio. You will prepare and analyze financial statements, manage budgets, and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance across assets.

This on-site role in Dallas offers exposure to a growing multi-state portfolio, with emphasis on accuracy, risk mitigation, and process improvement in financial stewardship within the property management domain.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate accounting with a preference for government or non-profit sectors.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, ASC 606 and regulatory reporting.
• Proven ability to manage finance teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost management and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and analysis of financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
• Manage treasury tasks: cash flow, payables/receivables, reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure regulatory compliance across assets.
• Supervise general ledger activities, account analysis, and reconciliation tasks.
• Drive strategic planning and financial reporting using advanced software tools.
