Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with USPTO OAS, OCIO, and stakeholders.
• Provide overall leadership and direction to program personnel.
• Develop and implement the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee integrated operations across asset management workflows.
