Job summary

A government contractor is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the USPTO Asset Management Program in Alexandria, Virginia. Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of federal program management experience.

• Demonstrated experience with SLA-driven contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with USPTO OAS, OCIO, and stakeholders.
• Provide overall leadership and oversight to program personnel.
• Develop and implement the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and key performance indicators.
• Lead risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
