Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking an Asset Management Operations Manager in Westminster, CO. The role drives strategy and execution for Personal Property, Fleet/MOVE, Facilities Management, Security, Aviation and Special Projects.

The position emphasizes lifecycle asset management, program budgeting, scheduling, and safety culture in a DOE-aligned environment. Travel up to 20% is required; a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Project Management, Engineering, Facility Operations, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, or related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to the Director of Program Management Office and asset management team.
• Drive future organizational design and change management initiatives using PM tools.
• Coordinate development and implementation of asset management programs across facilities, fleet/MOVE, personal property, security, aviation and special projects.
• Oversee asset management operations including budgeting, scheduling, and financial reporting to support LMS Site Operations and major projects.
• Direct project-specific meetings, assessments, corrective actions, and other PM duties; train staff for projects in support of the LM mission.
• Assist in developing annual and lifecycle budgets and schedules for asset management activities.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and security at sites by enforcing rules and procedures.
• Provide backup support to the Director of PMO and delegate work based on expertise and risk.
• Advise clients on asset management strategies and, in Special Projects role, act as Owner’s Representative on LM-led projects.
