Vertical Bridge REIT, LLC is the leading private owner and operator of wireless infrastructure in the U.S. The Asset Management Project Coordinator will support Asset Managers with administrative tasks, data analysis, and reporting for lease administration and asset management teams.

This role collaborates across accounting and other departments to ensure accurate contact data, timely payments, and proper document handling.

Formación

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience in business or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience preferably in wireless, real estate, or with legal documents.
• Prior experience with DocuSign, Sitetracker/SalesForce, and SharePoint preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office; strong client and vendor communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support on Asset Management related projects.
• Assist Asset Managers with amendments, recording and uploading documents.
• Assist with data changes and renewals of ground leases; respond to lease pipeline queries.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and offer reporting improvements.
• Coordinate landowner approvals and signatures for documents.
• Ensure timely payment of ground lease rents and tax reimbursements with accounting.
• Upload documents to internal systems and prepare routing packages.
• Scan, route, and file documents; perform duties as assigned by VP Lease Administration & Asset Management.

Conocimientos

2+ years experience

Wireless/Real estate experience

DocuSign experience

Excel & MS Office proficiency

Notary Public is a plus
