Vertical Bridge REIT, LLC in Florida is seeking an Asset Manager responsible for end-to-end landlord relationship management and ground lease administration for designated sites, including both private and municipal properties. The role serves as the primary execution arm of Asset Management, owning tasks and delivering lease obligations within SLA timeframes.

You will coordinate with Leasing, Legal, Accounting, Development, and Operations, ensure timely rent payments, and maintain CRM records.

Qualificações

• Minimum four-year degree required, preferably in business or other related field.
• Minimum three years of experience; preferably in real estate or commercial/telecommunications leasing.
• Minimum two years of experience producing and working with legal documents preferred.
• Advanced Excel competency and proficiency with other MS Office suite products.
• Strong negotiating skills with experience in property management.
• Strong organizational skills; with attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Ability to prioritize, effectively manage time, and multi-task with limited supervision.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain stable landlord relationships that protect lease rights, and revenue continuity.
• Execute renewals, site analysis and decommission of naked sites, extensions, amendments, consents, easements, and non-negotiable approvals.
• Administrate high-volume property management tasks in accordance with defined time frames.
• Navigate approval workflows associated with landlords.
• Serve as a centralized coordination point across Leasing, Legal, Accounting, Development, and Operations.
• Coordinate with Accounting to ensure timely rent payments, reimbursements and reconciliations.
• Maintain strong working relationships with agency contacts, aggregators, and third-party representatives.
• Own document flow, execution tracking, and follow-up.
• Proactively resolve landlord issues and escalations with minimal supervision.
• Analyze lease terms and financial impact to support amendment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM, Site Tracker, and document management systems.
• Any other matter deemed necessary by supervisor to comply with the functions of the role.
