Job summary

Harbor Capital is seeking a Property Management Coordinator to support our Texas industrial portfolio. You will organize leases, financials, construction docs, and close out deliverables with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2+ years in commercial property admin, strong Excel and real estate software experience, and a proactive, detail-driven mindset. You will report to the Senior Portfolio Property Manager and help keep our operations precise and responsive.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in commercial property administration, commercial property management, commercial real estate operations, or a closely related role specified in the posting.

Responsibilities

Maintain property documents with consistent folder structures in Dropbox and Drive.
Keep delinquency tracking and leasing datasets current and collect monthly financials from property managers.
Abstract key lease terms to support accurate lease data across assets.
Track construction contracts, budgets, schedules, and invoices with milestone trackers.
Assist with budgets and CAM reconciliations.
Attend Asset Management meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items.

Organize acquisition files and support smooth handoff from acquisition to asset management.
Cover the property management desk when needed and conduct site visits in Texas.
Support investor reporting by compiling property-level data and verifying figures.
