Job summary

KBR’s GAM program offers comprehensive manufacturing and supply chain solutions to a diverse client base through 20+ locations. The Operations Coordinator executes routine tasks, adheres to Government Property procedures, and supports compliance with FAR-based requirements to ensure efficient, reliable contract execution.

Under minimal supervision, the role provides tactical support for property responsibilities, coordinates audits, and maintains documentation to help the Aero site qualify,

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• High School Diploma or equivalent in lieu of formal education.
• 5 years of directly related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide active support for audits by the DCMA and fulfill self-assessment obligations per FAR.
• Implement Property Procedures and Policies to uphold government-approved systems and compliance.
• Monitor and report material flow across multiple systems for contract deliverables and metrics.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support project execution and deliverables.
• Maintain records, reports, and project documentation.
