Job summary

Burkert USA Corp is seeking a seasoned sales professional to expand market presence in Core Industries across a defined geography in the United States. The role focuses on growing revenue, managing accounts, and developing long-term partnerships with OEMs, A&E firms, integrators, and end users.

You will prepare proposals, conduct on-site presentations, and coordinate marketing efforts with Core Industry Managers while using Microsoft Dynamics for CRM and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent certified training.
• 5+ years of sales and technical experience in the market.
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and self-mart abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and meet annual sales and profit goals in Core Industries by geography.
• Develop and implement account and territory plans with timely forecasting.
• Prepare and present Burkert portfolio to clients during on-site visits and calls.
• Acquire new customers while expanding relationships with existing ones.
• Support OEMs, A&E firms, integrators, and end users in defining specifications.
• Coordinate with marketing and Core Industry Managers for launches and campaigns.
• Enter activities into CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and meet CRM KPIs.
• Adhere to expense policies and budgets.
• Provide training and technical support to customers and distributors.
• Collaborate with Core Industry Manager to conduct on-site trainings.
