Owens Corning is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive profitable growth by owning the commercial relationships for assigned accounts in the United States. You will manage revenue performance, opportunity development, and execution while reporting to the Regional Sales Leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience; building materials or construction industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own overall commercial performance for assigned accounts, including revenue growth, product mix, and margin.
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, opportunity prioritization, forecast discipline through disciplined and consistent CRM utilization.
• Lead account and territory business planning, including opportunity evaluation, prioritization and execution.
• Partner with Market and Builder Activation to build down-channel relationships and grow market demand.
