• Develop quarterly sales objectives and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and manage ~5 Regional Managers and Area Specialists.
• Forecast accurately using standard Sales methodologies and CRM.
• Staff the Sales Division and coordinate with other functions to support channel development.
• Maintain key customer relationships and expand brand presence with IDN and national groups.
