PM Hotel Group in Downtown Nashville, TN, is seeking an Area Director of Sales to oversee all sales and marketing activities for our properties. You will lead the sales team, develop strategies to solicit new business and retain existing clients, and present to prospective accounts while managing schedules that include nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of previous sales experience, with hotel sales preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work well under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Direct the solicitation efforts of the sales staff.
• Interview, hire and train all sales associates.
• Compile and direct the preparation of reports pertaining to the operation of the sales department.
• Conduct research on the hospitality industry to develop new marketing strategies.
