Aon plc is looking for a Technology Architect to lead the Sales and Marketing technology portfolio. You will define and govern the architecture powering client engagement, digital experiences, marketing efficiency, and commercial operations.

You will establish the target-state architecture and a multi-year roadmap across platforms such as CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, and analytics, while guiding integration and vendor evaluations at scale.

Competenze

• 10+ years in solution or enterprise architecture or technology leadership.
• Deep experience in sales and marketing tech ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle platforms including CRM & marketing tech.
• Experience leading architecture governance, reviews, and long-term planning.

• Define and govern the architecture for client engagement, digital experiences, and marketing operations.
• Establish target-state architecture and multi-year roadmaps across Sales & Marketing platforms.
• Lead integration strategies and data flows across CRM, CDP, AI, and analytics.
• Partner with product, engineering, security, infrastructure, and data teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor architects and drive modernization and transformation initiatives.
