Job summary

Aon plc in the United States (New Jersey) seeks a Principal Architect, Sales and Marketing Technologies to define and govern the architecture powering client engagement, digital experiences, and commercial operations. You will drive target-state architecture and multi-year roadmaps across CRM, marketing automation, CDP, and analytics.

You will mentor teams, lead platform integrations and vendor assessments, and partner with product, security, and data functions to deliver scalable, secure

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution or enterprise architecture or tech leadership.
• Deep experience with Sales and Marketing tech ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle platforms incl. CRM/Marketing.
• Experience with Sitecore and digital experience web architectures.
• Leadership in large modernization and governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern architecture for client engagement, digital experiences, marketing efficiency, and commercial ops.
• Maintain target-state architecture and multi-year roadmaps across platforms.
• Lead architecture design across CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, and data.
• Drive data flow, integrations, and customer journeys across ecosystems.
• Mentor engineers and architects; lead vendor evaluations and major transformations.
