Aon plc in New York is seeking a Principal Architect to lead the Sales and Marketing technology portfolio, defining the target-state architecture and multi-year roadmaps.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to align investments with enterprise standards, guide CRM, marketing automation, CDP, and AI-driven customer engagement initiatives, and mentor teams across global regions.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in solution or enterprise architecture or tech leadership.
• Deep experience in Sales and Marketing tech ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle platforms, CRM and marketing tech.
• Experience with Sitecore and digital experience platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define and govern architecture powering client engagement, digital experiences, marketing efficiency, and sales ops.
• Establish target-state architecture and multi-year roadmaps across platforms.
• Lead architecture across CRM, Marketing Automation, Web, CDP, Analytics, and AI-driven engagement.
• Drive integration strategy ensuring seamless data flow and customer journeys.
• Mentor architects and engineers; participate in governance and major transformations.
