Aon plc is seeking a Technology Architect to lead the Sales & Marketing technology portfolio, defining target-state architecture and multi-year roadmaps across CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, and web experiences for a global client base.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, security, and data teams, guide integration strategies, mentor engineers, and drive modernization initiatives while balancing business value with risk.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture or technology leadership.
• Deep experience architecting enterprise Sales & Marketing technology ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle platforms (CRM and marketing tech).
• Experience with Sitecore and digital experience platforms.
• Expertise in CDP, data management, and personalization strategies.
• Knowledge of AI architecture and trends.
• Experience leading large-scale modernization and complex integrations (cloud, SaaS, APIs).
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.

• Define and govern the target-state architecture and multi-year roadmaps across Sales & Marketing platforms.
• Lead architecture and solution design across CRM, Marketing Automation, Web, CDP, Analytics, and AI-driven customer engagement.
