Job summary

Dallas College seeks a staff professional to support day-to-day logistics and implementation of workforce development initiatives, apprenticeship programs, and related projects. You will plan and maintain work systems, ensure data quality across class rolls, student evaluations, course numbers, registrations and apprenticeship data, and prepare confidential reports and communications for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (preferred) or high school diploma with two years' workforce development and/or apprenticeship project experience.
• Accounts payable, purchasing and/or invoicing experience in workforce development and/or apprenticeship projects (Marketplace).
• Two years collecting and managing large amounts of workforce development and/or apprenticeship data for complex projects.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with corporate, employer partners, workforce development and industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for day-to-day logistics and implementation related to workforce development initiatives and apprenticeship programs.
• Plan and maintain work systems, follow processes and policies that enable and encourage meeting project objectives.
• Manage the process and monitor course files to ensure complete data in areas such as class rolls, student evaluations, course numbers, student registration functions and apprenticeship data.
• Undertake projects and prepare highly confidential student, trainee, apprentice and training provider correspondence, reports and presentations.
