MAS HVAC is seeking a Business Applications Manager to oversee the strategy, administration, and improvement of its business application portfolio across multiple locations. This role is critical in ensuring that applications effectively support operational goals and will involve collaboration with department leaders and managing vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 5 years of experience in managing enterprise applications such as ERP and CRM systems. Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise business applications.
• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other enterprise systems.
• Strong project management and business analysis skills.
• Ability to support multiple business locations.

• Own and manage the lifecycle of all business applications.
