Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Application Engineering, Product Development, or Technical Project Management, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience working in global corporate environments and a strong understanding of market benchmarking and competitive analysis.
• Solid expertise in Requirements Management and Change Management protocols.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build long-term professional relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Customer Management: Act as the lead technical consultant, managing all customer interactions, leading technical reviews, and ensuring proactive responses to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Strategic Growth: Collaborate with Key Account Managers to identify technology trends and promote deployment of Nidec’s latest innovations.
• Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Coordinate with R&D, Project Management, and QA teams to meet Quality, Design, and Cost targets.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee requirements engineering, change management, and problem resolution with high attention to detail.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain documentation including Open Point Lists and Minutes of Meetings across departments.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify project bottlenecks and work with senior management to secure strategic objectives.
