Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant professional work experience required.
• Ability to scope requirements for new projects using formal methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create vision and define direction for strategic approach to business systems to meet student, faculty, and staff needs.
• Lead R&D of new technologies supporting the College's strategic initiatives.
• Manage IT projects with campus-wide impact across the project lifecycle.
• Establish test and implementation plans per standards; coordinate testing phases from unit to UAT.
• Revise existing applications to increase efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
• Ensure documentation and standards are maintained for applications and programs.
