Sinclair Community College in Dayton, OH is seeking a Manager, Application Administration - Information Technology to lead the design, development, and maintenance of institutional business systems. The role guides architecture and strategy to meet growing administrative needs and supports College initiatives.

The position offers a hybrid work model in Dayton with a minimum compensation starting at $100,000, commensurate with education and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to scope requirements for new projects using formal methodologies.
• Experience with small, medium, and large projects and delivering on time.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create vision and define direction for strategic business systems to meet the needs of students, faculty, and staff.
• Research and develop new technologies supporting the College’s strategic initiatives.
• Manage IT projects with campus-wide impact across the project lifecycle.
• Establish test and implementation plans in accordance with standards and coordinate testing phases.
• Oversee documentation of applications and revisions for compliance.
• Lead, coordinate, and review work of Application Administration personnel.
