Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Technical Business Development leader for Specialization and APN Programs. You will define worldwide strategy to validate, develop, and scale partner capacity and capability, ensuring partners deliver outcomes for customers across workloads and industries.

You will shape AWS Specialization and Agentic APN design, drive growth through data-driven partner programs, and lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Solution Architects, and Field

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking).
• 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 7+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at organizational level.
• Experience influencing partner ecosystems with solutions or programs for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy for AWS Specialization Program and drive growth.
• Architect the shift from designation-as-gate to growth-accelerator.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Solution Architects, WWSO, and Field teams.
• Develop the partner performance index and enable scalable partner development.
• Create and drive Agentic APN Program leveraging AI for automation of assessments and renewals.
