Job summary

Pharmaron Beijing Co. Ltd. seeks a Procurement Specialist to support chemicals, raw materials, and lab supplies for API manufacturing at our Coventry site in Rhode Island. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure critical materials are available when needed.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of procurement experience in regulated environments, proficiency with Excel, and experience with ERP systems. This role is on-site in Coventry, RI with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of procurement/supply chain experience.
• Experience purchasing chemicals, raw materials, or manufacturing materials in pharma environments is preferred.
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing of chemicals, raw materials, consumables, and lab supplies for API manufacturing and site operations.
• Create and manage PRs and POs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate supplier responses, and support supplier selection and sourcing decisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements and purchasing priorities.
